Payment:
Returns only available as a a result of shipping damage. All products that are bought brand new on Slapstar Inc. are still covered under manufacturer warranty. As a result of fraud attempts Slapstar Inc. does not hold itself responsible for any returns except as a result of shipping damage.
If a product arrives damaged through shipping please notify Slapstar Inc. by email. Then repackage the product and mail back to the address given to you. Cost for the shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Products have been fully insured by the shipping method used. A refund will be issued back to you if Slapstar Inc. receives the product back and finds that there has indeed been shipping damage. If no damage is found there will be no refund for the product.
If a product is being sold by Slapstar Inc. used then the product has been fully tested for working capabilities. Slapstar Inc. uses detailed photographs digitally marked by the date the picture has been taken for the buyer to see. Also if there are indeed any problems with the product they will be fully explained in the details page of the product listing. Once again Slapstar Inc. only holds itself responsible for shipping damage as described above.
Shipping:
The order ships after payment has cleared and been verified by Google Checkout or other method of payment used. Please allow at least a week for a cashier's check or money order to arrive and be processed and cleared. Google Checkout takes one to two days. No shipping is available on saturday and sunday so any previous orders will ship out the following monday if payment doesn't clear before friday 2:00 PM Eastern time.
The methods commonly used by the seller are USPS Priority and UPS Ground. If your order is equal to or above the delivery will require a buyer's signature to protect the buyer and seller from fraud, theft or damage. All shipments are insured by the shipping method 100%.
